We are the Yarmouth Cadets! Located in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia we are happy to serve Yarmouth and the surronding areas with a FREE national program for youth aged 12 to 18. The Cadet Program aims to develop good leadership and citizenship skills, as well as promoting physical fitness. Cadets are encouraged to become active, responsible members of their communities. The Cadets are involved in many other training activities such as: Sailing, Biathlon, Marksmanship, Band, etc.
The Yarmouth Sea Cadets (RCSCC Chebogue), The Yarmouth Army Cadets (110 RCACC Yarmouth) & The Yarmouth Air Cadets (299 RCACS Lions) have now joined together to give the Yarmouth Cadets a more diverse training experience. Each unit still maintains their individual identity and specific elemental training while allowing all units to work together for common training. Parading together allows us to share resources, staff and knowledge allowing cadets to get the most out of the program.
